While many employers offer PTO, FMLA, or short-term disability, stepping away from a demanding career for treatment can still be challenging. The Executive Rehab Program at Arizona IOP allows you to continue meeting your professional responsibilities while receiving the care and support you need.
All clients in the Executive Rehab Program receive private rooms in our Sober Living Homes, dedicated workspaces, and flexible scheduling with their therapists to accommodate treatment needs. During designated free times, clients may use their computers or laptops to attend meetings or manage work tasks in a private setting.
Typically, clients may meet with pre-approved visitors only on weekends. However, those in the Executive Rehab Program are permitted to communicate with colleagues and family throughout the week to maintain their professional and personal responsibilities.
All clients have the option to enroll in the Executive Treatment Program. Upon admission, our clinical team collaborates with you to align your professional responsibilities with your treatment schedule.
Some elements of the Executive Rehab Program may involve additional costs. However, our admissions team will work with you to create a treatment plan that’s both cost-effective and suited to your professional needs.
Executive programs are generally considered additional accommodations and are not covered by insurance. However, our admissions team can assist with pricing, customizing the executive benefits you choose, and ensuring you receive the treatment and support you need.
Our Dual Diagnosis Program is available to all clients and includes comprehensive mental health screenings, dedicated therapy sessions focused on mental health, and specialized aftercare to support ongoing recovery.
